Andrew Moskos 1993- Producer
One of the original founders of Boom Chicago, Andrew has lived in Amsterdam for six years. He still wonders why the Dutch are such great hosts in their homes, but will let you sit for hours in their cafe with an empty glass in front of you.
Greg Shore 1994- Late nite co-director
A local celebrity in Amsterdam, Greg can be seen in many TV commercials, a few films, and is soon to be featured on AT5's new Boom Chicago: Behind the News." Why has he stayed in Holland so long? "People just get my jokes here."
Rob AndristPlourde 1996- Late nite co-director
After hearing the old proverb 'If you love your job you never work a day in your life,' Rob says he's considered himself unemployed for four years now. Offstage, Rob is the proud father of his baby daughter, Eleanor.
Josh Meyers 1998-
His first performance on stage was as Leroy in Fame. After coming to the shocking realization that he could not reach his own fame by portraying black dancers, he moved on to Boom chicago. Since in Amsterdam, he has lost tolerance for the 'Ugly American.'"If you're louder than everyone else, shut up!"

Randall Harr 2001-
Randall is ecstatic that he is in Amsterdam. Now his parents have something to say about him at cocktail parties. He has been acting and improvisation for awhile, because he can't do math.
Joe Kelly 2001- Corporate show manager
Joe is big. Stairs in Amsterdam are small. Together let the hilarity ensue. Joe misses his family, friends and what he likes to call, "real football. You know the way God intended it."


Brendan Hunt 1999-
Brendan is glad he became an actor after holding such jobs as a carpenter, nude model, and lotto machine operator earlier on in life. Besides being both a comedic and a dramatic actor, Brendan is also a music lover. He says of himself:"I am a slave to the rythm and a servant of the funk."
Holly Walker 1998-
Holly says the most important things in life for her are her family and laughing, which she feels, has strong healing qualities. Holly has spent the last 32 years both laughing and watching Jerry Lewis movies


Rebecca Drysdale 2001-
Rebecca is a girl. A girl with a plan. A plan to spread laughter. She feels so lucky to be here to explore and experience European culture. Like how a chicken sandwich at Burger King is called a "Kip" sandwich. Right on Holland!
Nicole Parker 2000-
Nicole just graduated from Indiana University where she studied Thaeter and voice. She is excited to travel to france to test her level of french, but is equally excited by the breakdancers on the Leidseplein.


Rachel Miller 2000-
As a child, Rachel stayed up late watching Saturday Night Live, SCTV and the Carol Burnett Show. After studying music at Indiana University she worked at Walt Disney World before moving to Chicago. Although she has been hit by a bus on the Marnixstraat, she claims that she is not a clutz.
David Asher 1999-
Last year Dave joined Boom Chicago's cast after graduating from Northwestern University. Aside from acting his passion is listening to and writing music. Its a wonder then why Dave spends most of his time sitting in his house watching TV with the sound turned off.


Lauren Dowden 2000-
Originally from Pittsburgh and a graduate from Pennstate, Laureen has done theater and improv in Chicago, New York and Detroit. This is her first time abroad and despite missing her bath tub, beau and match game reruns (in that order) she feels very much at home.
Jordan Peele 2000-
Jordan was born and raised in New York City and fell in love with theater at an early age. He fled to Chicago after two years of studying to chase down his dream of being funny. When off stage he enjoys making puppets, watching cartoons and eating frites.

David Buckman 2000- Assistant Director
Dave started directing and performing comedy while still in college in Washington DC. 2 1/2 years after first auditioning for Boom, Dave's dream of directing in Amsterdam is being realised.

Ken Schaefle 1993- Technical Director
Ken was an original founder of Boom Chicago. While directing the tech department,he also oversaw the renovation of the Leidseplein Theater in 1997.
Steven Svymbersky 1997- Head Technician
Steven loves writing and music. Before Boom, he owned Quimby's bookstore in Chicago.

Jason Lynch 1999- Technician
Jason has spent most of his life fending off old women admiring his "gorgeous red hair."
Bart Harvey 2000- Technician
Bart comes from a theater family so he has been surrounded by thater all his life. He has done it all when it comes to theater, including acting, being a technician and stage and light design. He loves being in the old world of Amsterdam.

Jamie Wright 2000- Multi Media
Jamie ended up studying multimedia arts in Amsterdam after four months of travelling in Western Europe and the Near East. He is a founding member of the Amsterdam writing circle No Idea and lives to travel.

Gerbrand van Kolck 2000- Musical Director
Gerbrand started playing piano at the age of 5. With his mother as an opera singer and a classical dancer as a sister, theater became his big passion . After 12 years as a soundengineer, he has returned to theater as an improvisational pianist.
